With over 30 years of professional experience, he has built a career across both multinational and national companies in various industries, including petrochemicals, oil & gas, coal mining services, EPC projects, defense (weapons and combat vehicles), and heavy manufacturing in the steel sector.

Throughout his professional journey, he has gained extensive exposure and involvement in multiple key areas. In operations, his experience includes engineering design, maintenance, production, and procurement. In system management, he has been involved in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), human resources, anti-bribery systems, and ERP implementation. In addition, he has expertise in asset management as well as business and product development.

This broad exposure is supported by a diverse career path that has strengthened his competencies, technical expertise, and professional network.

He currently serves as President Director of PT Krakatau Baja Konstruksi, where he leads the Krakatau Baja Konstruksi subholding. In this role, he oversees six companies and manages more than 1,300 employees.
